Additional details: This program does not cover the following: potting soil, pots; daily watering, maintenance, and pest control. Once installed owner is responsible for day-to-day watering and pest control. Blue Rouge is happy to provide high quality potting soil, pots, bloom boosters, pest control products and other products that you may need to ensure your plants thrive for an additional charge and we will make necessary recommendations at time of planting.
