Blue Rouge Garden & Nursery provides products, classes, and seasonal services through our physical nursery and online storefront. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website and customers engaging with our services.
2. Online Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Washington state sales tax applies where applicable.
3. Seasonal Pot Program Terms
Customers participating in our Entrance in Bloom seasonal pot program agree to the listed pricing and scheduling.
Discounts for multiple-tier signups are automatically applied if a combo option is selected. Program purchases are non-refundable once the potting process has begun.
4. Event & Class Policies
Pre-registration is required for all classes and events. Unless otherwise stated, all registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable due to limited space and material preparation.
Participants must be 21+ for any events involving alcohol. Please arrive on time—late arrivals may miss essential portions of the event.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in preset amounts online. Custom amounts are available upon request. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photos, logos, branding, and written material, is the property of Blue Rouge Garden & Nursery and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure the quality of our plants and products, Blue Rouge Garden & Nursery is not liable for damage caused by weather, pests, neglect, or misuse once an item has left our care.
We are not responsible for any injuries or property damage that may occur during events or classes on-site.
